Key activities will amongst others be:
- You are responsible for the intuitive usability of our EV software solutions and products.
- You gather requirements side by side with product managers to design and optimize the corresponding interfaces for our customers.
- As part of a cross-functional product team you're working closely together with product managers and developers, you define wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, usability concepts and designs and ensure that these are implemented accordingly.
- You are talking to users, consolidating findings and using these gained insights and other data points to influence the product for the better.
- In user tests with our customers, you validate more complex usability concepts and optimize them in an iterative process.
We think you have a profile like this:
- You have successfully completed a degree in IT or a comparable qualification.
- You have already gained some experience in release or project management and enjoy coordinating different teams.
- You are familiar with the operation of information systems, system analysis or development.
- You have already acquired knowledge of software development and DevOps practices.
- You have experience with agile methodologies and CI/CD Tools.
- You are strongly interested in leading projects to completion and work in a solution-oriented manner.
- You describe yourself as a real team player and also enjoy working independently.
- You are a talented communicator and have excellent analytical skills.
- You can handle tight project timelines.
